I emailed you a few days ago to inquire on how to track my order. I just received my boots today. We did follow directions on applying a protector before wearing them. After they dried we wore them and have to say how wonderful they are! It is very, very cold up here and I did not wear any socks. My feet stayed warm and cozy while I was out and about. I'm also glad to support an authentic Ugg boot Australian company instead of the big corporate Ugg America. I believe your product is much better.
